Qualified candidates must:

Have a love for and belief in Christian Education
Have a Bachelor's degree in the content area in which they are applying
Must be able to obtain an ACSI Teaching Certificate
Have a current or have had a state teaching certification (any state)

All applicants should submit the following:
- A current résumé
- A personal testimony of faith in Jesus Christ
- A statement of your philosophy of Christian education

COACHING POSITIONS

Applicants should submit the following to Head of School, Steve Sharp, Assistant Principal/Athletic Director, at [email protected]:

- A current résumé
- A personal testimony of faith in Jesus Christ
- An ASAA Coaching Certification (required for varsity coaching applicants)

Varsity coaching candidates must hold, or be eligible to obtain, coaching certification through the Alaska School Activities Association (ASAA).

Preference for coaching positions is given to current Birchwood Christian School employees.
